Hoje começa uma nova rubrica no blog onde vos mostro os produtos de beleza que acabei recentemente e falo-vos um bocadinho sobre eles.

Today begins a new section on the blog where I'm going to show you my recent empty beauty products and talk to you a little bit about them.

O primeiro, Lemon and Oil shower gel da Nivea, é um gel de banho hidratante com pérolas de óleo. Estas pérolas deixam a nossa pele muito suave, pois servem para hidratar, e para além desta vantagem, o gel de banho cheira muito bem. O segundo é o Body Milk para duche também da Nivea, um condicionador corporal. Para quem é um pouco preguiçoso no que toca a cremes hidratantes como eu, ou está com alguma pressa na hora do duche, esta é uma boa solução, a pele fica hidratada e super macia, pois este condicionador contém óleo de amêndoas, para além de não ficar pegajosa quando saímos do banho e por isso podemos vestir-nos logo de seguida sem problema. No entanto, na minha opinião mesmo usando este produto todos os dias é sempre importante usar um creme hidratante depois do duche mesmo que seja apenas alguns dias por semana, para evitar a pele seca e principalmente as estrias. 

Os outros dois produtos são cremes hidratantes. Usei este After Sun da Piz Buin non-stop este verão, e gostei muito dele, espalha-se muito bem porque é bem líquido e hidratou imenso a minha pele, o único senão é que demora um bocadinho a absorver. O outro creme hidratante é a Loção Reafirmante Q10 energy da Nivea, que tem uma textura bastante fluída e por isso é fácil de espalhar e cheira optimamente. Acho que podia ser um bocadinho mais hidratante, mas para quem não tem a pele muito seca é óptima. 

Por fim, falo-vos de um dos meus meu hidratante labial preferidos, este da Piz Buin que também já tinha falado aqui no blog. Para além de hidratar muito bem os lábios ainda tem protecção solar que é muito importante principalmente no Verão pois passamos imenso tempo ao sol.

The first one, Lemon and Oil shower gel from Nivea is a moisturizing shower gel with oil pearls that leave the skin really soft. I really like this shower gel and its smell is great. The second is the Nivea In-Shower Body Moisturiser, a skin conditioner. For those who are a bit lazy when it comes to moisturizing creams like me, or are in a bit of a rush in the shower, this is a good solution. The skin feels hydrated and super soft because this conditioner contains almond oil. In addition, the skin doesn't feel sticky when we leave the shower so we can get dressed immediately without a problem. However, in my opinion, even when using this product every day, it's always important to use a moisturizer after showering, even if it's only a few days a week, to prevent dry skin and especially stretch marks.

The other two products are moisturizing creams. I have used the After Sun Piz Buin non-stop this summer and liked it a lot, it spreads very easily because it is very liquid and hydrated my skin really well, the only disadvantage is that it takes a while to absorb. The other moisturizer is the Nivea Q10 Plus Firming Body Lotion, which has a very fluid texture and therefore it's easy to spread. I think it could be a bit more moisturizing, but for those who do not have a very dry skin, it's excellent.

Finally, I show you one of my favorites lip moisturizers, this one from Piz Buin that I've already spoken here on the blog. In addition to moisturize the lips very well it has SPF 30 which is especially important in the summer because we spend a lot of time in the sun.

New in| Adidas Superstar

Já tinha feito um post sobre os Adidas Superstar há uns tempos aqui no blog, quando ainda não se ouvia falar tanto deste modelo. Apesar de gostar bastante deles achei que nunca os iria comprar porque para além de ter ouvido várias vezes que estavam esgotados em todo o País tinha a ideia que o preço rondava os 90€ e não queria gastar tanto dinheiro nuns ténis que poderiam passar de moda rapidamente. 

Entretanto estes ténis começaram a ver-se e a aparecer cada vez mais em todo o lado, o meu amor por eles cresceu mas a questão do preço e da disponibilidade mantinha-se. Até que ontem, ao entrar numa Foot Locker, reparei que estavam lá os ténis em branco e preto como queria (também tinham Stan Smith em várias cores). Lá fui ver os ténis e qual é o meu espanto quando olho para o preço e vejo 64,99€, bem mais baratos do que estava à espera. Por sorte tinham o meu número, até falei com a senhora da loja e ela disse-me que os ténis tinham chegado ontem de manhã e ao fim da tarde já só tinham 3 números disponíveis, sendo o meu um deles. Gostei bastante de me ver com eles e decidi que não podia perder a oportunidade de os ter e por um preço bem mais agradável do que o que tenho visto. Por isso, aqui estão eles:

I already did a post about the Adidas Superstar a few months ago here on the blog. Since then I never thought I would buy them because I have heard several times that they were sold out everywhere and I had the idea that the price was around 90€ and did not want to spend so much money on them.

Meanwhile we started to see these sneakers everywhere, my love for them grew, but the question of price and availability remained. Until yesterday, when entering a Foot Locker, I noticed them in white and black as I wanted. I went there to see them and what is my surprise, when I look at the price and see 64.99€, cheaper than I expected. Luckily they had my number and I liked seeing me with them so I decided I could not miss the opportunity to have them at a much nicer price than what I have seen. So here they are:

Para quem está à procura deste modelo ou mesmo dos Stan Smith aconselho a espreitarem uma Foot Locker, até porque mesmo que os ténis não estejam disponíveis na loja eles têm em armazém e há a possibilidade de os encomendar.

Decor| Bedroom details

Setembro é um mês de mudanças! É o fim das férias e o regresso à rotina para muitos de nós e é também o mês em que começa o Outono. Muitas vezes é em Setembro que nos dá vontade de fazer uma mudança ao nosso visual ou mesmo na decoração do nosso quarto que é o que me apetece fazer este ano. Por isso, escolhi algumas inspirações no Pinterest com ideias para decorar o quarto e torná-lo num espaço mais acolhedor. Por vezes estas pequenas mudanças e detalhes, sejam flores ou frases inspiradoras, conseguem fazer a diferença e alteram completamente o espaço e a energia que ele transmite. Espero que gostem!

September is the month of changes! It's the end of vacation and the start the regular life for many of us and it's also the month when autumn starts! Sometimes September gives us the motivation we needed to do a makeover or to change the decor of our room and that's what I want to do this year. So, I have chosen some inspirational pictures from Pinterest with beautiful ideas to decorate our room and change it into a more cozy area. These little things and details, like flowers or inspirational quotes, can make a difference and transform our space and its energy completely! Hope you like it!

Summer songs 2015

Antes do Verão ir embora de vez quero deixar aqui as músicas que mais marcaram o meu Verão deste ano. Claro que para além destas há mais, mas decidi trazer estas três que são as que mais me fazer lembrar os bons momentos destas férias quando as oiço. São elas a já muito conhecida "Cheeleader" de OMI, a "Runaway (U & I)" de Galantis, que acho que é a minha preferida deste Verão, e uma mais recente mas que também gosto muito a "How deep is your love" de Calvin Harris & Disciples (com a super gira Gigi Hadid no video).

Before summer says goodbye, I want to leave here my summer songs for this year. Of course, there are much more but I decided to choose just these three because they are the ones that remind me the most of the good moments of this vacation. They are the very well known "Cheeleader" by OMI, "Runaway (U & I)" by Galantis (this one I think is my favourite for this summer), and another more recent and that I really like too, "How deep is your love" by Calvin Harris & Disciples (with the gorgeous Gigi Hadid in the music video).
